About

As the Sarasota/Manatee Market Executive, Jamie works closely with the President of Sarasota/Manatee and local leadership team to create and deliver a focused strategic market plan. A plan that aims to improve Bank of America’s ability to drive business, increase employee engagement, and make a positive impact in our community. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from University of Tampa and her Master’s in Public Administration from Strayer University and has been with Bank of America since 2010 leading within the Local Markets Organization serving multiple markets from Florida to Maine. Prior to joining the Bank, she spent six years making impacts in the communities through nonprofit sectors, including grant writing for HARC Challenge Foundation and directing fundraising events at American Lung Association. Jamie is a great advocate for diversity and inclusion and recently earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from University of South Florida. She serves on several nonprofit boards including the School District of Manatee County Diversity & Inclusion Committee, REACH Manatee’s Vision Council, CareerEdge, CareerSource Suncoast and The Haven working with children and adults with disabilities. Jamie was named one of Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2019 as one of the most influential young people in Tampa Bay. She enjoys volunteering, helping others and the environment, is an amateur pool shark, and avid cook. Along with her husband Bob and two sons (Kenny and Vinny), the Kahns’ family loves Florida life on the water.
